Frederick, Md (KM) A Baltimore man was arrested in Frederick County this week for drug offenses. The Sheriff’s Office says Cornelius Allmond, 43, was taken into custody following a traffic stop on Wednesday. He is charged with two counts each of possession of narcotics, and possession of narcotics with intent to distribute.
