The judge ordered her to undergo a mental evaluation.

Westminster, Md (KM) The trial of a Westminster woman charged with the murder of her husband has been postponed.   In Carroll County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Judge Fred Hecker issued that order because the defendant had not undergone a competency evaluation.
