Police say it appears to be a targeted shooting.
Haterstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police continue to investigate a fatal shooting Friday morning.
At around 9:50 AM, officers responded to the 1200 block of Marshall Street for shots fired. They found a man deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. He’s identified as Kevin Shepherd, 38, of Hagerstown.
Authorities believe this was a targeted shooting, and there’s no danger to the public.
Police say this remains an active investigation, and more details will be made public when appropriate.
