Police believe this is a targeted incident.
Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are on the scene of a fatal shooting Friday morning.
At around 9:50 AM, officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Marshall Street for a report of shots fired. They located a man decreased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Criminal investigators and forensic personnel are on the scene.
Authorities say this is likely a targeted incident, and not a random act.
Police say this investigation continues, and additional information will be released as it becomes available., including the identity of the deceased individual.
