This follows a petition from residents.
Frederick, Md (KM) Beginning on Thursday, February 1st, crews from the Frederick County Division of Public Works’ Traffic and Permit Section will begin installing speed humps along Weller Road in Monrovia. Officials say the speed humps will be placed between Maryland Route 75 and Weller Hill Drive. Motorists traveling through that work zone should be cautious.
The work is expected to take one to two days to complete weather permitting.
The County says this follows a petition from residents in the area who wanted the speed humps installed to slow down traffic along Weller Road.
