Mount Airy, Md. (BW)- Loew Vineyards in Mount Airy will be featured in the Feb 13 episode of Maryland Farm and Harvest.
The vineyard will be highlighted during “The Local Buy” segment of the show.
Rachel Loew is a fifth-generation winemaker. During the episode she will make honey wine and educate viewers on the difference between honey wine and mead.
The segment will wrap up with the host sampling several of the vineyard’s wines.
The episode premeires on Tuesday, Feb 13 at 7 p.m. on Maryland Public Television. It can also be viewed online and on the PBS App.
