Sykesville Man Sentenced For Burglaries In Frederick County

Frederick, Md. (BW)- Sentencing was handed down on Tuesday, Jan 30 to a Sykesville man charged for multiple burglaries in Frederick County.

Vittorio Lane will face 10 years in state prison. After he’s released he will serve a four year probation and is ordered to pay restitution and have no contact with the victims.

Lane could go back to prison for another 18 years if he breaks the law during his probation period.

He burglarized seven churches and a convenience store, all in Frederick County.

The sentence was handed down by Circuit Court Judge Scott Rolle.
