Gaithersburg, Md (KM) Montgomery County Police have charged a fourth suspect with a shooting death last year. Authorities say D’Angelo Holley. 24. who has no known address, was arrested on Monday, February 5th, 2024. . Montgomery County Police say an arrest warrant for Holley had been obtained on October 19th, 2023.
Authorities say Holley had been on the run since the March 5th, 2023 shooting death of Deandre Keith Ellis. Holley is charged with 1st-degree murder.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
Three other suspects, Kajohn McCombs, Ahmahd McCombs and D’Andre Lukes, are in custody charged with Ellis’ murder. All four suspects are being held without bond.
Elli was gunned down inside of a car outside of the Sweet Sweet Kitchen in the 900 block of Bonifant Street in Silver Spring.
