Up to $14,000 for the identity of a female captured on video screenshot.
FREDERICK, MD. (LG) – Reward money of up to $14,000 is being offered to anyone who may have information relating to an infant sex abuse case.
Maryland State Police have released video screenshots of a woman they believe may know the identity of the female infant who was sexually abused. Investigators said the child victim could be anywhere from 4 to 5 years old.
The female in the video screenshots have multiple tattoos, including a chest tattoo and several on her arm and hand. Police said the lady’s wrist tattoo appears to read “12-17-16”. Anyone with information regarding this case, or if you recognize the female, call State Police.
