Police are investigating.
Frederick, Md (KM) A stabbing death is under investigation by the Frederick Police Department.
On Wednesday, February 14th at around 8:45 AM, officers were dispatched to Mount Olivet Cemetery for a stabbing. . They arrived and found a man with apparent stab wounds. First aid was provided by the officers and Emergency Medical Services was requested. The victim identified as Jimmy Fernando Hernandez Diaz was taken to an area trauma center where he died from his injuries.
Police are asking residents in the area of Mount Olivet Cemetery or 340 Fieldpointe Boulevard who have camera or video surveillance of the area to check their cameras between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:45 AM on Wednesday., February 14th,. and contact police if they observe anything that could he helpful in this investigation.
