Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who failed to show up for her jury trial. Ashley Franklin, 37, is charged in a 2021 case involving the death of her ten-month=old baby. Franklin is currently wanted on a Washington County Circuit Court bench warrant.
She is five-feet-eight inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds. Franklin was last known to have an address in Frederick.
