Frederick, Md. (From the City of Frederick)- The City of Frederick values the trust and safety of all our community members. In our ongoing commitment to maintain that trust, we’re here to give you peace of mind by informing you how to easily recognize City employees.
When a City employee visits your home or business, here’s what you should look for:
City Vehicles: The City employee will arrive in a vehicle bearing the unmistakable City of Frederick logo.
ID Badge: Each individual will be equipped with a city-issued photo ID, which includes their name and department.
Uniform: Official staff are dressed in distinct uniforms with the City of Frederick logo clearly visible.
Extra Precaution: If something seems off or you’re unsure about the visitor’s identity, do not allow them access into your home. You have every right to request additional verification.
