City Of Frederick To Hold Two Community Meetings On The Re-Design Of Two Parks

Residents who want to attend can take part in an online survey prior to the meetings.

Frederick, Md (KM) Citizens are invited to two community meetings on the proposed re-design of Mullinex Park at 16 South Bentz Street, and Hill Street Park at 100 Hill Street, both in Frederick. . The City of Frederick’s Department of Parks and Recreation says public input is critical and will be carefully considered as the re-design of the two parks takes place.

The community meeting on Mullinex Park is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16th at the Municipal Office Annex at 140 West Patrick Street in Frederick;  and the community meeting for Hill Street Park will take place on Wednesday, April 17th at Butterfly Ridge Elementary  School, 601 Contender Way, Frederick. Parking for Butterfly Ridge Elementary  School is located at rear of the school on the west side. . The times for both meetings are from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Prior to the meetings, residents can participate in online surveys regarding both parks. Both surveys will remain open until April 5th.
