It also includes probation, home detention.

Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man, arrested for abusing his six-week-old son, was sentenced on Wednesday The State’s Attorney’s Office says Keith Patrick Lewis, 34, was given 30 years with but all time served suspended. He was also placed on five years of supervised release, and one year of home detention.
Lewis pleaded guilty on December 15th, 2023 of two counts of 2nd-degree child abuse.
Frederick Police say Lewis was arrested in July 21st of last year after detectives were contacted by Children’s National Medical Center in Washington about a possible child abuse case. Authorities say Lewis’ infant son had several significant injuries including some broken bones.
The baby had been taken to Frederick Health Hospital earlier in July, 2023 after being injured, but later transferred to Children National Medical Center.
