Gaithersburg, Md (KM) Montgomery County Police have charged a man with second-degree rape of a minor.. Charles Erby Jr, 46, was arrested last week..
According to detectives, Erby lured the juvenile victim into a wooded area in the 13000 block of Veirs Mill Road in Rockville on Friday, April 12th, and sexually assaulted that person.
Erby was arrested in Washington DC and was awaiting extradition back to Montgomery County.
Investigators say they believe there may be more victims who were sexually assaulted by Erby, and police are asking them to come forward.
