, Md KM) A robbery and an assault on a Metro bus are under investigation by Montgomery County Police.
On March 7th 2024, the suspect got on board the bus at Grandview Avenue and Veirs Mill Road. An altercation between the suspect and the victim got physical, and the suspect assaulted the victim, and grabbed the victim’s’ phone and smashed it on the floor.. Following the commotion, the bus stopped in the area of Dawson and Georgia Avenues, and the victim ran off the bus.
Detectives describe the suspect as a Hispanic, 20 years of age,, 5-feet 9 inches tall with a thin build. That person was wearing a black jumpsuit, black leggings and black socks with designs of lips and hearts on them.
