Cleo Brown, 50
Hagerstown, Md. (BW)- A man suspected of murdering a woman in Hagerstown was arrested in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Sunday, Apr 29.
The suspect is identified as 50-year-old Cleo Brown. He was arrested in Harrisburg around 5:30 p.m. and extradicted back to Maryland.
Hagerstown Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of McDowell Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Sunday for a welfare check. Officers found the body of 57-year-old Elizabeth Shoemaker, dead from an apparent homicide.
Police say they believe this to be a domestic incident.
The investigation continues.
