He allegedly assaulted four women.
Gaithersburg, Md (KM) Montgomery County Police have charged a Clarksburg man with multiple sexual offenses. Ibn Muhammad Rosario, 18, was arrested on Thursday.
Investigators say Rosario is alleged to have assaulted four women who were walking or jogging in the area of Snowden Farm Parkway and Little Seneca Parkway. These incidents occurred on Monday, May 6th, Tuesday, May 7the,, Wednesday, May 8th, and Thursday, May 9th. Authorities say in these incidents, he groped or touched his victims; and in two cases, made lewd comments to the women.
Each victim reported the assaults to police, and provided a description of the suspect.
Police stepped up patrols in that area.
On Thursday, May 9th, the Special Assignment Team spotted a suspect matching Rosario’s description in the roundabout at Little Seneca Parkway and Snowden Farm Parkway. . He approached another woman and tried to grope her,, but she defended herself, and he ran away in the direction of Elm Forest Court. . Rosario was taken into custody, and charged with four counts each of 4th degree sex offense, and 2nd degree assault.
Police say at the time of his arrest, Rosario was out on pre-trial supervision. He is currently incarcerated without bond.at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
