Contracts ratified on Wednesday.
Frederick, MD (KM/JK) For the second year in a row, the Frederick County Board of Education has reached agreements with all three of its bargaining units.
The Board approved contracts Wednesday night with the Frederick County Teachers Association, the Frederick Association of School Support Employees and the Frederick County Administrative Supervisory Association.
Salaries were not at the level of what was wanted by every bargaining unit. The FCTA put the agreement to it’s members as a response to the county’s financial situation and to avoid layoffs.
