Frederick County Grand Jury Returns Four Indictments

One was a Mt. Airy man who faces numerous charges.

Frederick, Md (KM() A Mount Airy man was one of four people indicted on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury.  The panel charged Timothy Paul Tressler, 35, with 1st-degree assault; three counts of 2nd -degree assault; 3rd-degree burglary; attempts by a driver to elude police for the commission of a crime of violence; attempt by a driver to elude police in an official police vehicle by failing to stop; person driving a motor vehicle on a highway (public use property) with  a revoked license and privilege; influencing witnesses in a felony offense; influencing witnesses; and eight counts of violation of pre-trial conditions for crime of violence. These were for offenses committed between May 28th and June 14th,2024.

Other indictments handed down the Grand Jury:

*Jonathan Edward Drake. 38, of Frederick, Md. who is charged with 1st-degree assault and 2nd-degree assault for an offense which occurred on May 26th, 2024.

*Magloire Lavodrama 26, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with 3rd-degree sex offense; 4th-degree sex offense and 2nd-degree assault for an offense which occurred on October 1st, 2023.

*Omar Lopez-Vasquez, 42, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with robbery; 2nd-degree assault; theft of less than $100; and reckless endangerment for an offense which occurred on May 23rd, 2024.

These Grand Jury indictments move these cases to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled. The State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
