His sentencing is scheduled for October 21st.
Westminster, Md (KM) A Carroll County man was convicted last week of sexually and physically abusing his three daughters. The 58-year-old man was found guilty in Circuit Court on Friday, June 14th of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, sexual abuse continued course of conduct, 2nd-degree rape, 3rd degree sex offense, and three counts of 1st-degree child abuse continuing course of conduct, according to a news release from the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Circuit Court Judge Brian DeLeonardo set sentencing for October 21st, 2024.
The man is being held at the Carroll County Detention Center.
The ages of the children when they reported the abuse in 2023 were 11, eight and nine.
The Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office says the man is from Bangladesh. and is subject to a US Customs and Border Protection detainer.
WFMD News is not releasing the man’s name to protect the privacy of the three children.
