Leesburg, Va. (KM) A collision between a motorcycle and passenger vehicle earlier this week vehicle left one person dead.
The Loudon County, Va., Sheriff’s Office says the crash took place on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at the intersection of Fort Evans Road Northeast and Forest Spring Drive in Leesburg.;
The operator of the motorcycle, identified Ijaumaa Malik McCutcheon, 52, of Sterling, Va., was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the passenger vehicle was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital and released.
The investigation into this crash is continuing,, and anyone who has information which could help is asked to call the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office. They can contact Investigator Atchison at 703-777-1021.
