He was arrested at his home last week where electronic devices were confiscated.

Frederick, Md (KM) An Emmitsburg man has been charged with seven counts of possession of child pornography. Randall Allen Scobie, 54, has been arrested. .
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says in February, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children forwarded two cyber tips to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about suspected child sexual abuse material in a cloud storage account. . Detectives obtained a search warrant for the account which led to the discovery of numerous child sexual abuse files. Their investigation also identified Scobie as the suspect.
On May 1st, a search warrant was served on Scobie’s home in the 10,900 block of Harney Road. Authorities say numerous electronic devices were confiscated. Scobie was taken into custody.
He has been released on $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
