Sabillasville, Md (KM) There were no injuries from a house fire in Sabillasville Saturday afternoon.
Frederick County fire officials say at around 3:53 PM, personnel were dispatched the 15300 block of Sabillasville Road after a Sheriff’s Deputy on patrol spotted the fire and reported it.
Fire fighters at the scene saw fire coming through the roof. The Rapid Intervention Dispatch was called in to provide additional personnel. The flames were brought under control, but crews remained on the scene to do overall.
Fire officials say the flames did extensive damage to the single family home. But no one was inside at the time of the fire.
The Frederick County Fire Marshal was called to the scene to conduct an investigation.
