He was apprehended during a traffic with a quantity of drugs in his vehicle.

Westminster, Md (KM) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office says a Baltimore city man was charged with drug offenses following a traffic stop on Tuesday. Calvin Daniel Leigh, 49, is charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, and one count each of possession of paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with intent to distribute;. He’s currently being held at the Carroll County Detention Center on a no-bond status.
The Sheriff’s Office says at around 11:47 AM on Tuesday, May 13th, a lockout was broadcast about an erratic driver operating a 2003 Honda Pilot heading west toward Carroll County on Liberty Road. A deputy located the vehicle, and pulled it over in the 1200 block of Liberty Road.
In speaking with the driver identified as Leigh, a deputy noticed signs of impairment, and placed him under arrest.
The Sheriff’s Office says a search of Leigh’s person netted one green vial with 1.2 grams of suspected heroin, and capsule containing three grams of suspected fentanyl. His vehicle was searched, and deputies found 32 green vials of suspected heroin weighing 46.5 grams. Other narcotics located in the vehicle were one baggie containing suspected heroin weighing 10.4 grams, two clear capsules of suspected fentanyl weighing less than one gram, and one digital scale.
Leigh was taken to Central Booking where he was also charged with two traffic offenses.
