These cases move to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
Frederick, Md (KM) Five indictments were handed down on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury.
They are:
*Theron Lionel Jackson, 41, of Frederick, who is charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine; possession of paraphernalia (digital scales); two counts of possession of a firearm with a felony conviction; and illegal possession of a regulated firearm for an offense which occurred on May 5th, 2025.
*Cristian Flores, 24, of Frederick, who is charged with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault and committing a crime of violence against a pregnant person for an offense that occurred on May 18th, 2025.
Johnathan Spacil, 39, of Frederick, is charged in a superseding indictment with five counts of 2nd-degree assault, one count of reckless endangerment; two counts 1st-degree assault; 11 counts of violation of pre-trail conditions, in a crime of violence; and intimidating or influencing a juror for offenses which occurred between September 20th, 2024 and May 10th, 2025.
*Joshua Aaron Nicholas Hall, 28, of Frederick, who is charged with 2nd-degree child abuse and 2nd-degree assault for an offense which occurred on May 11th, 2025.
*Destiny Ann Renee Snedegar, 25, of Thurmont, who is charged 2nd-degree child abuse by a custodian and 2nd-degree assault for offenses which occurred between March 1st and May 13th, 2025.
These cases now move to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
