Frederick, Md (KM) A hauling operation along Ballenger Creek Pike in the Point of Rocks area on Wednesday could cause some traffic delays.
The Frederick County Division of Public Works Traffic and Permit Section says beginning at 9:00 AM, an oversized, overweight load will begin its journey from the Doubs substation on Ballenger Creek Pike which is about one-mile north of Route 464. The vehicle is expected to arrive at a construction site about 3/10’s of a mile north of Mountville Road by about 12:00 noon..
County officials say anyone who wants to avoid potential delays in that area should take alternate routes.
