Three Shot In Hagerstown Early Wednesday Morning

Police say they have non-life threatening injuries.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are investigating a shots-fired incident early Wednesday morning where three people were struck by gunfire.

At around 1:40 AM, officers were dispatched to the area of East Antietam Street and South Locust Street for shots fired with several people injured. They found three people had been shot; a 15-year-old girl struck in the right leg; a 17-year-oldĀ  boy stuck in the right hip; and 19-year-old man struck in the right thigh.

All three were taken to Meritus Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say other people within a larger group were the intended targets.
