Hagerstown, Md (KM) Three individuals were arrested over the weekend for a shooting and for drug offenses.
Hagerstown Police say officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Jonathan Street just before 11:30 PM on Sunday to investigate reports of shorts fired. They arrived and found numerous shell casings and drugs in the area. Officers also found a discarded Glock 19 handgun on Sumans Avenue.
Two suspects were seen entering a home in the 400 block fo Jonathan Street with narcotics in plain view. police say. . The Washington County Narcotics Task force conducted a search and seizure operation on the home in the early morning hours of Monday, and found quantities of suspected fentanyl and cocaine.
A third suspect was seen leaving the area in a motor vehicle which was located in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. That third suspect was seen going into a home in the 300 block of North Locust Street. So the Washington County Narcotics Task Force served a search and seizure warrant on that residence at around 7:30 AM on Monday. .
The third suspect was taken into custody without incident.
