It’s part of drafting the Housing Study and Strategic Plan.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Division of Housing has scheduled a Community Open House for Thursday, August 21st. It will take place from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Burr Artz Library at 110 East Patrick Street in Frederick.
It’s part of the county’s Housing Study and Strategic Plan. Residents are encouraged to come by and share their thoughts on the local housing situation. They can also get information on the Housing Study and Strategic Plan. Citizens can also connect with local housing resources and housing officials.
The open house will include an interactive display of the results of a recently completed Public Opinion Survey on the housing needs in Frederick County.
“From the beginning of the study, we have focused on the importance of hearing directly from people in Frederick County,” says Vincent Rogers, Director of Housing for Frederick County, in a statement. “The Open House is an opportunity for community members to learn about the result of those efforts and to receive some of the early findings from our work on the housing study.”
An RSVP is not necessary, but anyone who wants to attend should send RSVP to help organizers plan according to the Division of Housing.
