One is charged with explosives offenses.
Frederick, Md (KM) It was a busy day on Friday for the Frederick County Grand Jury which issued 11 indictments.
One was against Jamarie Ankile Parker,27, of Frederick who is charged with possession of a firearm with a prior conviction of a violent crime; illegal possession of a regulated firearm; having a loaded handgun on his person; having a handgun on his person; disturbance of the public peace and hindering free passage; disorderly conduct; failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order; disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct;, resisting and interfering with an arrest; illegal possession of ammunition; reckless endangerment; possession of cocaine; possession of hydrocodone; and possession of Dextroamphetamine for an offense which occurred on September 6th, 2025.
Parker was arrested along North Market Street after a citizen saw him drop a handgun and pick it up. He was approached by police and he struggled with officers as he was being taken into custody. They say a search of Parker’s satchel netted crack cocaine, a digital scale and prescription pills. They also found a loaded handgun.
John Michael CIntron, 34, of Thurmont was issued a superseding indictment charging him with three counts each of transporting a destructive device; possession of a destructive device; and using of a destructive device; four counts of reckless endangerment,; and possession of explosive material. for offenses which occurred on May 26th and 27th, 2025.
Thurmont Police say they began an investigation with the State Fire Marshal’s Office on May 26th, 2025 following a report from a citizen who saw a man walking along Locust Drive while explosives were observed in the roadway. During a search of Cintron’s home on Sunny Close, authorities say they found items related to explosive devices.
Other indictments handed down by the Grand Jury:
*Melody Brown, 35, of Frederick who is charged with two counts of 2nd-degree custodial child abuse; 1st-degree assault; two counts of 2nd-degree assault; and reckless endangerment for an offense which occurred on September 10th, 2025.
*Demetrius George Brown, 45, of Gwynn Oak, MD. who is charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and altering physical evidence for an offense which occurred on September 9th, 2025.
*Henry Noel Martinez-Ramirez, 39, of Hagerstown, Md, who is charged with 2nd-degree custodial child abuse ,and 2nd=degree assault for an offense which occurred on August 23rd, 2025.
*Dejon Andre Taylor, 33, of Frederick, who is charged with 2nd-degree assault; 3rd-degree burglary; and 4th-degree burglary of a dwelling for an offense which occurred on September 9th, 2025.
*Matthew William Rawls, 34,of Frederick, who is charged with 1st-degree assault; 2nd-degree assault; three counts of violating a protective order; violating release conditions for a crime of violence for an offense which occurred on September 3rd, 2025.
*Jozalyn Nadena Bisignano, 29, of Frederick (also known as Jozalyn Nadena Sauve-Dutrow) , who is charged 2nd-degree child abuse by a custodian; four counts of 2nd-degree assault; and malicious destruction of property for an offense which occurred on September 4th, 2025.
Linda Briana Ezelle, 33, of Frederick who is charged with two counts of 1st-degree assault,; 2nd-degree child abuse by a custodian; and four counts of 2nd-degree assault for an offense which occurred on September 1st, 2025.
*Brandon Wade Kirk, 43, address unknown, who is charged with robbery; 2nd-degree assault; and attempted theft of between $100 and $1500 for an offense which occurred on September 3rd, 2025.
*Jacob Joseph Wolski, 19, of Frederick who is charged with 2nd-degree burglary; 4th-degree storehouse burglary; 4th-degree burglary (theft); 4th-degree burglary permitted tool use; six counts of 2nd-degree assault; disorderly conduct; disturbing the peace; malicious destruction of property less than $1000; and malicious destruction of property more than $1000 for an offense which occurred on September 8th, 2025.
These indictments move these cases to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says an indictment is a charging document alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
