Washington County Sheriff’s Office says he has four active arrest warrants.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) A suspect in a robbery of the Sheetz store at 17803 Venture Drive in Hagerstown Wednesday morning at 7:00 was apprehended a little over an hour after the incident occurred. Wayde Andrew Smith, Junior, 35, of Hagerstown was taken into custody in the vicinity of 1681 Wesel Boulevard in Hagerstown. .
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says Smith has four active warrants for other offenses.
Deputies say they received assistance from Hagerstown Police and the Maryland State Police in locating Smith, and taking him into custody.
