He was taken into custody following a vehicle chase.

Gaithersburg, Md (KM) A man charged with attempted 1st-degree murder for a shooting in July has been apprehended. Montgomery County Police say Deondray Darnell Osborne, 33, of Silver Spring, was taken into custody on Tuesday, October 21st.
Detectives say, through their investigative efforts, they were able to determine that Osborne was driving a stolen BMW out of Washington DC. A police cruiser with a license plate reader detected a BWM near East West Highway at Grubb Road that afternoon at 4:11 PM. .
It had been spotted in Washington DC following a theft from an auto in the 5500 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest. Authorities pursued the vehicle from DC into Maryland at a high rate of speed. Police say Osborne abandoned the BMW in the 1900 block of Lyttonsville Road, and walked to the 8600 block of 16th Street and got into a Honda Accord. Officers continued to follow him and conducted a traffic stop in the area of Georgia Avenue and Seminary Road. Police surrounded the car and took Osborne into custody.
He was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit where he’s being held without bond.
Detectives say they conducted a search of an apartment frequented by Osborne, and recovered items of an “evidentiary” nature.
