Frederick, Md. (DG) – Maryland State Police say their Child Recovery Unit investigation has led to the recovery of two juvenile girls and the arrest of two men on human trafficking charges.

Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland, are both charged with sex trafficking of a minor and related crimes. Philip is being held without bond in Baltimore County, while Miles is in Minnesota awaiting extradition.

The investigation began in September when police discovered a missing juvenile being advertised online for sexual acts. She was found in a Towson hotel. On November 4, Philip was arrested in Hanover, Pennsylvania, and another missing girl was recovered at the scene. Two days later, Miles was taken into custody at a Minneapolis airport.

Authorities say Philip and Miles may have trafficked additional victims and urge anyone with information to call Maryland State Police at 410-694-4700.
