Sentencing is expected to take place at a later date.
Frederick, Md (KM) In Frederick County Circuit Court on Wednesday, a Middletown man pleaded guilty to three counts of promotion and distribution of child pornography. The State’s Attorney’s Office say sentencing for Andrew Brock, 28, is expected to take place following a pre-sentence investigation.
Brock was arrested on May 21st, 2025 by the Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force following an investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography. Investigators say they obtained a search warrant on Brock’s home, and found dozens of files containing child sexual abuse material within his social media accounts.
At the time of his arrest, Brock was a registered sex offender living in Frederick County.
