A passenger in his vehicle was not hurt.
Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are investigating a one-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon which took the life of a Pennsylvania man.
At around 2:00 PM, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Maryland Avenue for a vehicle crash. They found a truck with a person inside who was trapped and unresponsive. Barton Neil Risser, 46, of Waynesboro was pronouned dead at the scene. An 18-year-old passenger in the vehicle was not hurt.
Police say Risser’s next of kin has been notified of his death.
