Robbery Suspect Charged In Frederick

Authorities say they are looking for two other suspects.

Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have arrested a Monrovia man in connection with an armed robbery last month. Martin Daniel Williams, 20, was taken into custody on Wednesday, charged with one count of armed robbery, two counts of 2nd-degree assault and one count of theft between $100 and $1500. .

On December 5th, 2025, police responded to the 1400 block of Taney Avenue for reports of an armed robbery the previous evening.. Earlier in the evening, the victim responded to an apartment where a woman asked for a ride. When he arrived, the victim was met by three men; one was armed with a handgun. That suspect pointed the gun at the victim and struck him. At the same time, he stole money from the victim.

Authorities say they were able to obtain evidence which identified Williams as the one of the suspects.
