Following an extensive investigation, Leesburg Police have made an arrest in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash that happened on Battlefield Parkway in February.
The victim was taken to the hospotal for treatment and later released.
Police say 26-year-old Alexei Fisher of Leesburg was arrested June 12 and is charged with felony hit-and-run, violating the Move Over Law, failing to report the accident, failing to yield to a pedestrian, and failing to pay full time and attention.
Fisher was booked into the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center before being released on a $5,000 bond.
