A one-year jail sentence has been handed down to a Washington County woman following her conviction on charges stemming from a domestic assault.
Kimberly Lowe was found guilty August fourth after a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Washington County. She was convicted of second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property. The case dates back to March fifth, when the domestic assault occurred. Lowe was initially arrested and held without bond. After the guilty verdicts, the judge sentenced Lowe to one year in jail.
