A shooting in Leesburg Friday night has left one man hospitalized and police searching for answers.
Officers responded around 10 p.m. to the zero block of Fort Evans Road Northeast, where they found an adult male with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to an area hospital and is currently in stable condition. Leesburg Police say the circumstances leading up to the shooting are still being investigated.
