A 34-year-old Williamsport man is facing multiple attempted murder and firearm charges following a disturbance Monday night at Milestone Apartments.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to an Oak Tree Lane apartment building around 8:39 p.m. after a report of a disturbance and a gunshot. Investigators say Timothy Blake Miller got into a physical fight with another man and allegedly pulled a handgun from his waistband. During a struggle for the weapon, it was pointed toward several people, including two juveniles.
One shot was fired, hitting a brick wall. No one was struck. Miller was injured in the fight and treated at Meritus Medical Center.
Authorities say Miller is prohibited from possessing a firearm because of prior convictions. Miller faces four counts each of attempted first- and second-degree murder, assault and reckless endangerment, along with numerous firearm charges.
He is being held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center
