A 24-year-old Sterling man was killed Saturday night after being struck by a sedan on Route 7 at Palisades Parkway.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded around 9:18 p.m. to the report of a pedestrian being hit. Shawneil Clarke Alexander was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the sedan remained at the scene. The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been announced.
