Federal prosecutors have indicted a West Friendship man on child sex abuse material charges.
Thirty-five-year-old Robert Paul Miller the Third is accused of possessing and distributing videos depicting adults sexually abusing minors. According to the indictment, Miller also maintained a Dropbox storage account connected to his email address where the videos were stored.
The case is being prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative launched to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. Miller, who lives in Howard County, faces a maximum sentence of up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
