A shooting in Frederick Wednesday afternoon sent one adult to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries.
According to the Frederick Scanner Facebook Page – the incident was reported shortly before 2 p.m. in the 1900 block of Belford Drive in Frederick. Emergency medical crews treated one adult at the scene before the patient was flown to an area trauma center by Maryland State Police Trooper Three.
Frederick Police are handling the investigation.
