A 20-year-old Boyds man will serve five years in prison for a high-speed crash that killed a 71-year-old woman in Montgomery County.
Brody Richardson was sentenced in Montgomery County Circuit Court to 10 years, with all but five years suspended.
Richardson pleaded guilty in August to grossly negligent manslaughter by motor vehicle and homicide by motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the death of Mary Elizabeth Moody.
