These cases move to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
Frederick, Md (KM) Six individuals were indicted on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury. One was Eugene Facon, 61, of Frederick. who is charged with two counts each of robbery, 2nd-degree assault and theft between $100 to $1500..
On July 22nd, 2025, Frederick Police arrested Facon for two early-morning armed robberies. In both instances, authorities say Facon forced two women to hand over any money they had. He was arrested in the parking lot of the Wal Mart on Monocacy Boulevard. Officers say Facon matched the description provided by both victims, and evidence linking him to both robberies was found in his car.
Another indictment was Deshawn Michael Manning, 21, of Baltimore. He is charged with firearms possession with a felony conviction; having a loaded handgun on his person; having a handgun on his person; having a loaded handgun in a vehicle; having a handgun in a vehicle; and illegal possession of ammunition.
On July 21st, 2025, Manning and Willie James Robinson, 30, also of Baltimore, were taken into custody following a traffic stop on Interstate 70 in Frederick County. The Sheriff’s Office says deputies noticed a black firearm on the passenger side floorboard. It was a Beretta nine-millimeter which had been reported stolen. Authorities say Manning was prohibited from carrying a handgun due to prior felony conviction.
Other indictments handed down by the Grand Jury:
*Daniel Carl Diaz, 50, of Middletown, Md., who is charged with two counts of 2nd-degree rape without consent for an offense which occurred between July 12th and 13th, 2025.
*Jacob Grant Mullican, 27, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with two counts of 1st-degree assault; and one count each of 2nd-degree assault, reckless endangerment; and false imprisonment for an offense which occurred on July 11th, 2025.
*Devin Conlon Brunner, 32, of Thurmont, Md. who is charged with 1st-degree assault and 2nd-degree assault for an offense which occurred on July 18th, 2025.
*Dewey Michael Pittinger, 21, of Emmitsburg, Md, who is charged with two counts of 1st-degree assault; one count of 2nd-degree assault; and malicious destruction of property of less than $1,000 for an offense which occurred on July 12th, 2025.
These indictments move these cases to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
