Maryland State Police Investigate $19,000 Pokémon Card Theft in Eldersburg

Theft occurred just before 7 PM on September 6th.

Eldersburg, MD (JK) – Maryland State Police are investigating a theft at a game store in Eldersburg that resulted in the loss of nearly $19,000 in Pokémon trading card collections.

The store owner reported the theft on September 6th around 6:50 p.m. Troopers from the Westminster Barrack responded and opened an investigation. Authorities are seeking information on two male suspects, both estimated to be between 5’7” and 5’11”. One was wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and white shoes, while the other wore a black hoodie with “Crooks Castles” on the front and blue jeans.
