Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have charged a local man following his arrest last week.
Just before 3:00 PM on Friday, September 12th, officers responded to an establishment on North McCain Drive for an indecent exposure complaint. They found the suspect and took him into custody without incident.
After searching the suspect’s bag, police say they found a loaded handgun. A check with the Maryland Gun Center determined the firearm was unregistered.
Jeremi Desean Womack, 22, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and several weapons offenses. . He has been released on personal recognizance.
