Juvenile and Two Adults Charged in October Leesburg Shooting Investigation

Pennsylvania teen arrested in connection with firearm incident on East Market Street; two Loudoun County men also face charges.

Leesburg, VA (JK) – The Leesburg Police Department has charged a juvenile from Pennsylvania in connection with a firearm discharge that occurred October 1, 2025, in the 700 block of East Market Street. The juvenile was taken into custody and is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center. Police say the teen faces multiple offenses, including two counts of brandishing a firearm, assault, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a firearm by a minor.

Investigators say these charges stem from the same incident that led to the arrest of 23-year-old D’Angelo E. Bland of Ashburn on October 20. Bland remains held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and faces six charges, including attempted malicious wounding, discharging a firearm in public, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.

A third individual, 18-year-old Elijah Crosby of Lovettsville, has also been charged with carrying a concealed firearm in connection with the case.
