Hagerstown Police Charge Individual In Stabbing

The incident occurred Tuesday night.


Hagerstown, Md (KM)  Hagerstown Police have charged a suspect in connection with a stabbing Tuesday evening on Tulip Court. Rasheen Nathan Henry, 36, of Hagerstown was arrested on Wednesday. He is charged with 1st- and 2nd-degree  assault and reckless endangerment.

Police say the investigation is continuing at this time, and additional people could be charged in the future. Anyone who has information on this incident is asked to call Detective Dietz at 301-790-3700, extension 234.

On Tuesday, July 26th, police responded to the 100 block of Tulip Court for reports of shots fired. After their arrival, they found a 40-year-old man with a single stab wound to the leg. He taken to Meritus Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers say an altercation took place between the victim and three Black males. It became physical and the victim was stabbed. Shots were fired, and the three men fled.
